Master Butcher Neil Clayton, who has over 40 years' experience since qualifying at Smithfield College, London took over the business from his father Len in the 1980s.
Neil's grandfather started his own butchery business in 1924 and now the fourth generation of the Clayton family run the shop.
We also have a professional and affordable catering service offering a wide range of buffets, BBQ's and hog roasts.
