About the event
The 2025 Christmas Lights Big Switch-On event will be on Saturday 29th November.
2025 Christmas Lights switch on
2pm - The Christmas Market opens in Brook End, the Community Centre and Market Square
3.30pm onwards - Father Christmas will be in his Post Office depending on where his reindeer can land
Father Christmas will be on stage from 4.55pm to switch on the lights at 5pm.
